This was for CGtalk's daily sketch thread, the theme was Self Portrait: My Evil Twin. Yes, my evil twin is a zombie!
I used myself as reference (well d'uh). I don't normally use a whole lot of references for my art, mainly because I'm too lazy to take photos or look for stock photos, but this sketch has inspired me to do a little more research for my paintings.
I think I painted my eyes too close together? Maybe? Then again zombie-me probably isn't worried a whole lot about her vanity.

P.S. Having a painting of myself as a zombie is kind of awesome, I highly encourage the rest of you to paint monster-self-portraits, they're so fun!
Zombies are one of my favorite things to paint! Given my end results don't look nearly as well done as this. What I love about your art is that you know where to put the right amount of detail; I love the veins pulsating out of her chest.
Wicked cool! Did you hang the painting up somewhere in your house?

YES! I SHALL ZOMBIFY MYSELF!
(If I were in the same room as that person, I'd be bolting for the door, or just make my own exit through the wall.

**I once tried to do the whole gothic thing, except I got vampire and umpire mixed up.**
