A lot of people ask to use my artwork for suchandsuch purpose, please read here to see if you may or may not use it.

Please read ALL the rules below BEFORE you use my art on your website. I'm very very touchy about this, so if I find anyone breaking these rules I will contact them or their website admin and I may take legal action if necessary.

1. You may NOT edit, alter, crop, add frames, change colors or features, cut or resize any of my images in any way. You may not remove any copyright or text on the images either.

2. To use my artwork, it must be used on a website, NOT a forum signature, avatar, icon, profile image, or any kind of email stationery, website design, or snow-globe, email or signature. This means, ABSOLUTELY NO livejournal/myspace designs, web designs, (that includes using it as a background) icons for forums or journals and signatures, or anything like that. none.

3. You may NOT post my art on your website has anything to do with any of the following:
- Porn
- Religion
- Commercial purposes
- Clipart, avatars, signatures, icons or any kind of free graphics use
- Email stationery
- Desktop wallpapers, icons, etc.
- Mobile wallpapers, graphics, screensavers

4. You must link back to [link] as well as add a ©Katie De Sousa by the image, not in some hidden page or down in the corner in tiny font.

5. Please do not use more than 5 images, And do not use ANY commissioned works that I have in my gallery unless you have written permission from me AND the person who commissioned it.

6. Do not use my work to promote your own website. That means banners, advertisements or in website design of any kind. I will consider this commercial use.

7. do not direct link to my images or any part of my site.

8. For PERSONAL use, I don't mind if you use my art for your own desktop wallpaper on your computer, or save it to your harddrive, but please DO NOT distribute it. If you make a wallpaper with my art for yourself, DO NOT post it anywhere.

9. Since it's such a problematic site for art theft, please do NOT post my art on MySpace.

I'm sorry for so many rules but my art has been stolen and ripped so much that I have to be very strict about it

If you want to use my art for anything and you STILL aren't sure if it's ok, like it hasn't been covered in any of the rules above PLEASE e-mail me. If I don't reply do NOT take it as a YES. I try to reply to emails as soon as I can, but sometimes I'm just way too busy.
